The old saying - "always wear nice underwear in case you get run over by a bus" - could in a whole new meaning in the next spring, when sheer fabrics appear, including translucent organza and chiffon, gossamer silk, off on latex fetish racks en masse.

However, Thomas says her thin long-sleeved dresses come with slips, with little shoe-string straps so the sleeves maintain their light transmission.
Brisbane Designer George Wu, who also showed more transparent skirts on the catwalk AFW says his clothes are fed when they arrive in stores.
